I spent the first 25 years of my professional career in the Information Technology industry, which was where I established my early identity and skills in Leadership Development, Communications, Strategic Planning and, Process & Product Development & Management. Through it all my greatest success was achieved in mentoring and coaching people to become extraordinary in their jobs and their lives. In the past 25 years God has patiently (and at times not so gently) reminded me that He (not me) is in control. I have become clear that the only thing that lasts in to eternity is people. If my life is to mean anything making a difference in people’s lives must be what it is all about. Beyond my professional experience, I have been extensively trained in the discipline of Coaching and Christian Counseling and have studied the psychology of human behavior and transformation for several years. My real-world experience with career and family issues gives me a unique ability to serve people on many levels.
